Title: Transfer file from PC-Amiga and write to disk

Hi,
I am looking for a  easy-to-use comm program for serial transfer of ADF-files to my A1200 HD.
And a nice program for writing the files to disk.
Are there any nice free programs available?

I use "Easy Transfer" then "ADF2DISK"
