Several levels optimized, some bugs fixed.

02: time +90 (now 990)
07: time +180 (now 1170), level facilitated
08: time +180 (now 1220), more ammunition
11: more ammunition
12: time +30 (now 830), level facilitated
13: time +30 (now 850)
14: time +60 (now 1160)
16: time +50 (now 990)
17: time +30 (now 820), more power
22: time +60 (now 960), some annoying bugs fixed
24: time +30 (now 1330)
26: bug fixed (to avoid error message #11900)
