the Video Toaster has to be #1
I know this is NTSC only, but this is really what put Amiga on the map here in the States
#2 A1000 as this started it all
#3 Magni 4004, 4004S & 4005 with Magni 4010 This was an amazing genlock
#4 Deluxe Paint series (particular III and on)
#5 A2000
#6 early GVP 68030 CPU slot boards with SCSI and memory.
#7 A3000D my personal favorite
#8 RTG boards picasso II, EGS, followed by CV 64 and Picasso IV
#9 Digipaint and DCTV
#10 GVP A500+ HD8 and A530
Sorry no AGA amigas. They were too little to late here in the States.

These rocked my world!
1. A500
2. DSS8+ (could be tuned for excellent sound)
3. Digital Universe
4. MasPlayer (reliable MP3 playback)
5. Picasso IV
6. Supra's Turbo28
7. Spitfire (best organizer, Palm synch)
8. Supra's memory and SCSI interfaces
9. Ordering (DIR Util)
10. Softwoods Final series of productivity applications
It's not exactly a product, but, I think Aminet deserves honorable mention as milestone in the Amiga's life, as does the Fred Fish compilations, huge software collections on CD.
-
This a tough one since there are so many great products and software but here I go:
1. All Amiga models
2. Midget Racer (I have the A500 version)

1. Video Toaster
2. A3000D (which ironically couldn't use a Video Toaster without the case being modified...)
3. Amiga 1000
4. A-Max tied with Shapeshifter - this helped stave off morbidity for many Amiga users who transitioned into the Mac world. Pity PC-Task and PC-x weren't equally powerful...
5. Lightwave
6. DigiPaint
7. Digiview
8. A2000
9. ICD AdSpeed (personal choice, probably not really relevant)
10. A1200 - the things people have done with that machine...! They've taken it from an utterly gimped, terrible "wedge" computer, and kitted it out with PPC cards, towerized it and given it PCI slots, USB, SCSI, etc. etc.
-
Software products (in no specific order):
01. Deluxe Paint
02. Lightwave 3D
03. Directory Opus
04. Art Department Pro

06. IDE-Fix
07. Indivision AGA MkIIcr
08. Almost any A1200 clock port expansion
09. Almost any Genlock
10. Amiga 1200
-
In no specific order...
1 - Deluxe Paint
2 - Protracker
3 - Directory Opus
4 - Amos Pro / Blitz Basic

any 32-bit RAM.
the fast scsi drives you could get.
Shapeshifter. (not mentioned yet)
The earlier versions of DOpus were nice.
The OS. 2.1 to 3.1 in particular
This makes me think of all the dodgy hardware that you could get.
-
given todays prices, I'd say ppc card should be high on list. I also like A590 a lot.
-
I no order, and not complete (let me edit that)
1) Cygnus ED
2) ReSource
3) PicCon
4) Barfly Debugger
5) Macro68/ArgAsm/BAsm(Barfly) - good assemblers tie
6) SAS/C
7) Mon (by wossname Finnish programmer)
-
Scala indeed.
But the most wierd and complete thing I saw (except scala :-) was STFax!!!
That was an amazing piece of software.
