Yoo,
Managed to get a hold of two Western Digital SiliconDrive II compact flash cards, and they do infact work in pairs. Dualing up two Sandisks didn't work, but the WD CF cards are PATA standards and explains why they will work. :)
My question is, Which filesystem should I go with? It is between either PFS or SFS. I can setup either or, but as far as the ease of setting up, PFS seems rather faster to setup, but which filesystem will work better and not eventually just corrupt itself?
As far as partition sizes, whats best to keep the main workbench install? I dont want to take up an entire CF card, but maybe 1gb split paritions? Or maybe 2GB for WHDLoad.
Any input is appreciated. Thanks. :)

You didn't say what size the two cards are. ;)
Keep your Workbench partition under 500MB and placed within the first 2GB of formatted capacity, that should keep it friendly with any application that might not like large drives. Beyond that I usually ballpark around:
Workbench: 10% of whatever the capacity of your device is
Work: 20%
Documents: 20%
Games: 50%
And I'll throw in a vote for PFS, it was a PITA to set up but working fine now. ;)

Whoops, they are x2 4GB cards.
Good idea. Keep DH0 500MB and the rest accordingly. Just glad to be able to use them in pairs.

You could also use one as a primary and one as a backup? Just copy the contents over from one to the other periodically? That's what I sometimes do with my SCSI card readers, throw in a spare card and copy everything over. :)

I will make backups of what I need just incase. :) I already went ahead with PFS3. Pretty straightforward. I followed a guide that was posted over on the English Amiga Board. Works great on the A1200.

Just wanted to share my findings about the use of the CF drives.
You can infact use one Western Digital SiliconDrive II and any other CF card of choice. This booted up just fine and seen partitions from both drives.
You can't use two Sandisk/Generic CF cards in the same chain. Even though they do list uder HDToolbox, saving changes and rebooting only shows the partitions from the master CF card.
