At his website, CBM engineer Bil Herd has released the drawings/blueprints for a proposed CP/M cartridge for the VIC-40. The cartridge would have used a Z80 chip. To read about it and to download the drawings, go to

Back in, i think 1988, I had the coolest cartridge for my C64. It was an 80 column word proccessor that looked just like a little C64 - same color - about 4" wide - and was just as good as Wordstar 4! I don't remember who made it - I got from a mail order catalog. Anyone remember that?
