One of my most fav. games is coming to PS4 only

this game can run on actual console generation but they need to put the "ps4 only" or "xbox one only", no new ideas for new games.

Sure, you could make it for the previous generation too.

When a new generation is around the corner, some projects will stay in development for the current generation as the potential sales are higher and if you push the hardware to it's limits then you will get sales just off the back of that. Some games will switch to the new generation because you're guaranteed at least some sales because people will be desperate to play something on their new consoles and the developers want to work on something shiny.
 
Launch titles generally suck, only the PS1 had truly ground breaking launch titles.
