Hello,
I own a basic amiga 1200 with a 800 mb harddisk. I recently installed a Apple 2 emulator called Apple 2000 v1.3. I followed the instructions and placed the files in the right directories. I starts and i can see the apple two logo on the screen but then it crashes and it says : break inst at SE007.
Any ideas?
Thanks :)

It could be any number of problems, but I suggest you start by trying one of the newer (http://aminet.net/package/misc/emu/Apple2000) versions (http://aminet.net/package/misc/emu/Apple2000e) in case the problem you're experiencing is a bug that was subsequently squashed by the author.

Hello,
Thank you for your fast response! I have tried version 1.7 but i am afraid it crashes upon startup too. The program crashes not the amiga.
Thank you

The keys work so by pressing rightA plus L i can call up the loadscreen, however...when i tried to load a sample program i get the title screen but then same screen comes up with at the bottom the error phrase : break inst at Se 007

The program doesn't crash, the emulated Apple does. Most likely the ROM images you are using are corrupt.

That's my thought. I have 2000e and it runs very well. Played "Rocky's Boots" on it as a demo for some colleagues. Now I just need "Oregon Trail." :)

What program are you trying to load, presumably a disk image?
You're probably trying to boot a disk with no DOS on it...

I never did get around to finishing the 80column card emulation on 2000e....
SO many projects, so little time...
Cheers,
