Title: Mouse pointer shaped wrong!!

This is something I've noticed many years ago, but just blew it off as a flaky Amiga essentricity!

If there is an answer, I hope somebody here knows!

While editing the mouse pointer in OS3.9( and all earlier versions!) When selecting high res, the mouse in the colored preview windows is one shape, but upon pressting TEST, it changes to a simelar shape, but more elongated!?

I have no problem with a big red/orange mouse pointer, but is there a way to make it the correct high res shape??

Ahhhh........
So you noticed it too!

I want it to be smaller and thinner like in the preview!

Besides I can't draw my way out of a draw-string bag!

there must somewhere you can download preset pointers...

I personally use PointerX

Whoops sry!
You have an amiga?
It`s a LHA file from aminet,
You have to extract it and put it into your WBStartup drawer....
And when you reboot you may have a nice pointer....

Well i like the animated thing...

Sadly it doesn't work with Picasso96 on my CV64 screenmodes!  Any way to get it to work on Non Native modes?

Hum, it is a hack...version V4.17...

I don`t know...
Someone out there may have a patch....

Thats strange,
PointerX works in The latest WINUAE 00.8.24.0 with p96...

Just downloaded and run pointerx!!!
all it did (to my eyes!) was to animate the busy pointer!

Oh well...

Looks like you`ll have to download some preset pointers then, (see previous post)
