We are thinking about back porting some of our TriCaster/VT[5] effects to the Amiga Video Toaster 4000. It would take some time and work though and we were wondering how many active Video Toaster Amiga owners are left? Speak up please or forever hold your peace.

I am not as active as I used to be but I do still have multiple AGA Toaster/Flyer systems, including an A4000T currently setup and running. Sounds interesting!

I imagine most would be in the States if i'm not mistaken?
The Amiga was mostly used in kids bedrooms in the UK/Europe, not many were used for pro-video work.
Maybe some cheap cable TV channels used Scala I think.

I have one but it's been sitting in a box in the garage for the better part of a decade.

I own one that i configured a few years back. still use it for family movies and other small projects.

I have a Toaster 4000 machine. Trying to get my hands on a 4000T to better house it.
-
My next question is how many people would be willing to buy new FX for their Amiga Video Toaster 4000 if they were available?

As much as Id love to see those new effects ported, which would make the vt4000 more usable in modern times, i'd have to say your market is really small almost non exsistant. Under 100 ppl.

I have a Video Toaster for the A4000. And I would buy any new effects!

I own a toaster/flyer.
I don't plan to spend any more cash on it.
