Title: Wanted: A1000 Phoenix mobo PAL kits

Okay, so have secured the .jed and .bin files for the various PAL's and GAL's. Here's a rundown of the various parts needed:

U23: MC74HC00
U30: NCR 53C80-40
U25: 74HC688
U24: 74HC573
U26: 74HC688
U27: U27-16v8d25.jed
U21: U21-20v8a.jed
U59: U59-16v8d25.jed
U70: U70-16v8d25.jed
U31: U31-27c256-120.bin

...just need to find someone who can burn those .jed and .bin files now.

Would any of the custom IC code for the GB1000 project help in any way?

Good question, but not sure! If some of those circuits are built around the same exact architecture...?
