I picked up an ICD Flicker Free Video 2. It came with no directions and no VGA adapter.
First thing. Are these any good? Any issues?
Also, since it is only 9 pins, is there a video converter I can pick up that changes the 9 to 15 pinout or will I have to make my own?

Thanks for any help you guys can offer.

Can't help you with the overall quality but here's a 9-to-15 pin adapter:

Thank you. I just ordered it. I'll let you know how it works out.

If you google around you can find the manual, but it looks like a pretty solid product. All of ICD's stuff was (IMO).
Edit: also, if the adapter doesn't work, the manual has a pinout sheet so you can hack your own together or have one made.

Careful, I think there are a few different 9-to-15pin pinout standards. Make sure you've got the right one!

These are great for old school tech. Picture is REALLY crisp on a CRT. I have never tried one on an LCD. Be careful with the pins they break easily. ICD used to ship them with an extra socket just for this reason. Good Luck!
