Title: 4GB CF card on SCSI<>IDE adapter - format?

I have this.

I want to re-format it to copy over the config on my physical disk. What should I use to partition, format it? Standard tools that come with OS 3.1?

Yep. HD Toolbox to partition into 2 x 2GB partitions and Workbench to quick format.
