Title: Help selecting HxC Floppy emulator for A1200
Post by: WeiXing3D on June 10, 2013, 03:46:25 AM
I'd appreciate some help in selecting one of Lotharek's internal HxC SD floppy emulators to install in my A1200, replacing the original floppy drive.

I'm interesting in buying a model that can be easily installed by an all thumbs person like me and without the need of having to make modifications to the case .

Which model should buy and what do I need to order in terms of connections, holders, etc. if any?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

I have the http://lotharek.pl/product.php?pid=13. A little fiddly setting up, but I managed to get it all working in the end.

The best thing about it is you can mount the buttons/LCD anywhere. The floppy emulator itself installs nicely where the floppy drive usually goes.

Actually thinking of selling mine and purchasing the http://lotharek.pl/product.php?pid=42 :-) I've switched to a tower so would fit better.
