I was wondering what sort of Winblows emulation option s there are, or are being planned for Amiga OS 4 or MorphOS?
I refuse to put Linux in my box, so please do not suggest software for that.
Also are there any cheap PC's on a PCI card that will work in any of the Amiga or Amiga clones?

Yes, actually. Mr. Hardware Computers sell some. There are also other types kicking around for the general market, too - They're surprisingly common. Bad news is you'll need separate power, mice, drives, etc. - There's no integration on the host side. But at least you'll only have one case.
You could also try to track down a bridgeboard for a classic box - You could run Win95 on it, in theory, but it wouldn't be pretty.
I think MorphOS has Bochs. I'll assume it'll be ported to OS4 once the SDK is released to the public.
EDIT: Oops. I think the Mr. Hardware cards are designed for an ISA slot.
2nd EDIT: An updated version of the Siamese system would be great in today's market, don't you think?

Well, there is a MOS native version of BOCHS. It's a PC emulator, just not a terribly fast one. :P So far, it can run some Linux, DOS and Windows. [However, you need to install the OS] On a Peg1 G3-600, it runs about the speed of a 17mHz Pentium. (Clocked by Rebel Assault II, DOS version).
There's also a MOS version of DOSBox, which is a dos emulator built to run old PC games (pre-EMS/XMS memory games.) It runs fairly well, and doesn't need an OS to be installed.
I tried to run PC Task on my MOS system, and umm, well, I can't get it to read a floppy on my Catweasel based floppy drive. I just get errors.
PCx won't even boot up. ;)
I don't know about OS4, but I'm guessing that there will most likely be a port of BOCHS and DOSbox for it when soon after the OS is generally available. It's bound to work about the same.
Don't know if that helps?

You can use MacOnlinux on peggy/one and run the virtualpc for mac xDDDDDDDDDDDD... a native version of virtualpc for os4 and morphos is a good idea, right? =)

I don't really see the point. It's a nice idea in theory but for all the trouble it'll cause you, you might as well pick up a cheap, real x86 box.
What's the best next-gen Amiga(alike) setup? Something in a 1GHz G4? (I'm not too familiar with what's available, what's coming and what's vapour...) 1GHz Athlons are almost throwaway items now, and it will easily outperform any OS4 or MOS emulation on current machines.
Dunno about the PC-on-a-card solutions, although I doubt they have much in the way of 'bang-for-buck' factor.

The only reason I can think of emulating Windows on a PPC Amiga/compatible is for games, but it would suck royally.
Otherwise PPC Linux emulation would be much less of a CPU chore, and use Mozilla/OpenOffice like that potentially (until hopefully they're released for AmigaOS/compatibles).

DaNi:
VirtualPC is owned by Connectix which is owned by MicroSoft!

Windows Emu will require x86 emulation. So I guess Bochs is what you are after.

Get a mini ITX board and cram it in somewhere in the tower. Voila!

I only NEED my DOOM editing tools in WInblows and that is ALL (so long as Amiga OS will support Video Capture like a REAL Amiga that is).
That being said, I can not justify a good reason to buy another PC. Mr. PC no longer sells PC on cards, does anyone else carry them?
