Post by: Dmaster on May 11, 2013, 04:46:25 PM
Hello all.

I think I got things working on my end.  Please help me test it.

Telnet to: necrobbs.strangled.net and let me know if it works.  Thanks.

I got on... just like the good 'ole days!  All I need to do now is find a font that supports ANSI graphics for PuTTY...

Try SyncTerm.  While not as robust as Putty, it's pretty much designed from the ground up for calling/telnetting/ssh'ing into BBS's.  Works a real treat and supports Win/OS X/Linux.

Hmm... I have no problem with the ANSI graphics with putty.  I use consolas at about 11.

Wow that was a blast from the past. I had to use Ctrl-H instead of backspace when telnet'ing from a Mac for what it was worth.
