Title: capacitor guide
Post by: SACC-guy on May 07, 2013, 05:46:20 PM
Et al:
I think I found a local shop which can replace the caps on my 4000?
But they want a guide to the issues (ie backward caps)

Is there a trusted/proven guide I can print out and deliver to this shop.

re- capping guide to 4000 motherboard?
re- capping guide to the 3640 card?

FOUND a really good guide for 3640 on Amiga Tech REsource (thanks Anthony)
others?

Michael

Just found out AmigaKit does the caps as a service.
Biggest issue for me is the shipping.

But appears to be a great price...and we know AmigaKit does a good job!

Cosmos has one, although I am not sure if he provides it outside of his cap supplies.  You could PM him.

So My choices are England, France or New Zealand (in Nov)

That might explain why I looking to supply a local shop with the right info...
