Title: FS: CD32 FMV module
Post by: bitman on May 05, 2013, 03:36:44 PM
Never got to use this (rare) CD 32 Full Motion Video module - so it's looking for a new home:

I have one of those modules in my CD32.
I actually put the entire cd32 for sale some 4- 5 years ago.
nobody even looked at the cd32 itself. all wanted me to break the cd32 apart and sell the FMV.... and i put the cd32 for sale at a price of around 80 USD (+ shipping)...
Truly it is worth more now... :D

It's a nice module - but only few titles support it. But there's a Canon Fodder FMV intro:

I would love to have one, but the bidding always goes over a $100, which is fine as a collection item, but not for casual use.

You're right about that - it's an item mainly for collectors.

I did consider using it for watching converted DVDs, but it's easier just to watch the DVDs on a traditional player...
