For sale few units of MC68060RC50 revision 6

This is the very last version of the 68060 with the subrevision -006 : the best 060 ever produced by Motorola

Works fine at 105 Mhz on my Apollo 1260 at 3.3v without heat

These CPUs are rare and hard to find now...
