Title: FS: 1MBit DRAM chips $1 each

I have for sale 1Bit DRAM chips 1Mx1 model # M5M41000BP-10 (100ns). These are left over NOS that I got long time ago. I have around qty 100 of these.
works in SupraRAM 2000 8MB RAM expansions http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/supraram2000 , for others check your manual.

Qty 8 will give you 1MB, qty 16 will give you 2MB.

$1.00 each sold in qty 8, so $8.00 plus shipping (shipping in US should be from $5.15 if payed by gift.

I forgot to add that I'm willing to trade 16 chips for 1 CD32 game that I don't have but want, so PM me if you have any.

I forgot, I still have like qty 70 of these chips, good for old RAM upgrade cards.

I'm interested but you can ship that for like $3 via USPS First Class mail. If you are willing to do that i'll go for 1mb for my a3000 chip ram. Thanks

Wrong chips, you need 256k (44256) chips for the A3000 chip RAM, same as A2091 HD card.

I have only qty 10 left of the NOS.
I also have some used ones I pulled from my RAM board, different brand by NEC D421000C-10 qty 24 for $0.75 each. Some pins are bent and not that perfect.
and
Another used batch, MT4C1024-12 (120ns) qty 16 for $0.75 each. Some pins are bent and not that perfect.
