Hello this is  Xsurf rev 3 and I have question , this blue wires  in this card? what is this?  that's original ?  may by card is after  repairing ?

This is not the XSurf itself but a common ISA Ethernet/BNC NIC attached to XSurf :)
I don't think it's a repair but a rewire that might actually be needed.

I wouldn't worry about it
