Seems Acube systems have started another production of A500 but have lowered the Mhz.

They changed CPU frequency from 1.15 to 1.10.. does anyone know how to overclock a Sam Board?

if you're interested in changing the PLL settings on a SAM, try contacting max tretene (a.k.a. @m3x) at acube. if i remember correctly the PPC460s actually come in from AMCC set to 1GHz and they change the frequency in-house at acube. i don't know what basis they do that -- maybe AMCC includes PSRO data when they ship to customers or group chips in a given sort bucket to a given ship lot -- but i'd check with max first on what's possible.
he wrote a utility (http://www.soft3dev.net/pages/hyperclock.php) for the SAM440 systems to do exactly this, so maybe he'll consider doing the same for the SAM460 machines at some point. if gets back to you, let us know what he said. thanks! :)
