Title: ideal processor
Post by: bomrat on January 25, 2013, 09:56:19 PM
hi, i was wondering what people thought would be the ideal processor to make a new accelerator card.
i was thinking a ppc.  or go back with a 040 or 060
i was also looking at TILE-Gx8009

Hi,

I think intel chips are to expensive, I am sort of cheap, but a 6 core or an 8 core AMD chip would be ideal and really give you good multi tasking.
