Title: CHINON FZ-357 jumper settings for Amiga use?

I found CHINON FZ-357 in old PC. What are the correct jumper settings to use it in Amiga?

Available jumpers (bold ones are set in PC use):
DS0 / DS1 / DS2 / DS3
MD / MM
DC / RDY
TTL/C-MOS
