Because some people disliked the name (seemed to be copied from X1000) i have changed it. Some people screamed things like "i7 and AROS is a no go.. or what?" .. nope it is not... here we go.

Had some internet problems today... so uploading of some videos showing performance will follow next weekend. Same is true for an optimized Broadway version.
from http://www.ares-shop.de:
Small but powerful enough for surfing(incl. HTML5) and retro gaming ... Ares Ares mini complements the available systems.
Thanks to its mini-ITX case it takes extremely little space and, thanks to AMD APU technology yet it offers adequate to very good performance.
The base system comes with an AMD C60 dual core. This circumstance makes the Ares mini a very efficient partner for Retro computing and High definition video (playback).
Like the original AresOne even the small one is designed for AROS. * Each AROS distribution, can be used. By default, if no wishes expressed, AEROS and Broadway(native) will be installed in the latest shape. AEROS is based (evolution wise) of Debian 6.06 which uses AROS as desktopenvronment and integrates Wine .... long story short: you can access Linux / AROS, AmigaOS and Windows software.
Important: Under native AROS are only VESA modes supported. *The board has a PCIe slot so a card can be added for 3D support. This will need another case.
Feel free to ask.
The base system is composed of:
C60 1GHZ dualcore (raises under load up to 1.33GHZ)
250GB HD
2GB DDR3 RAM (supports up to 8GB)
DVD-Burner
Onboard GPU / LAN / Audio / DVI / VGA
6xUSB2
Case with power supply
AMC, A-Live X and the new Game G.E.M.Z

Update:
Changed case to one with a free PCIe Slot.
Update 2:
I don't wan't to flood the front page...
here is another system in the ARES line
Ares M-7

@phoenixconsole
Any chance of adding wifi wireless Internet?

Hi,
you could use a supported USB-wifi stick.

This is handy if you have notebook too.
If you are into small but powerful you could also just wait a couple of weeks:
http://www.indiego-gaming.com
will be a nexgen/indie console capable to emulate nearly everything and of corse Amiga systems too. Well it will also offer NexGen games via steam and come with an alternate IndieGO -store.
So far we have only shown some early screenshots, the beta case and a video of the HAL Bootloader which allows to install nearly every os for x86,ppc,ARM and 68k as if you would sit in front of the original system.
Jason McMullan is working on AROS68k based CD32 kickstart replacement so we can freely run CD32 games out of the box. Insert CD.. indiegos checks CD, recognizes it as CD32 game and than it launches it.
BTW you can still win one:

My wish list is for a modern hardware computer, with small factor, to run AROS and its new apps, also classic Amiga apps in fully integrated fashion. I have lots of classic Amiga programs that I'd still like to use.
Gaming to me is just 50% of what I'd want to do with my computer. I'm currently using Icaros Desktop 1.5 in my Acer Aspire One with AmiBridge configured with Amiga Forever, but the integration is still unstable. Don't get me wrong, I love Icaros Desktop, and they have made an amazing job with AmiBridge, but since I'm not a programmer, I'd like to own a pre-configured and as trouble free as possible system.
Does such a system exist?
