There was something called a "Clockport Expander" available, but I don't think they're made anymore. I saw one on Amibay or ebay last year. See link:

Also, there's schematics here for a home-brew project, a Clockport Splitter by "Rob the nerd":

So yes, it's possible to hook up a number of clockport devices at the same time. The Delfina sound card can be hooked up to any Amiga with a clockport, but it does need 68020 + fastram I believe. Yes, this card has an onboard DSP and can play mp3's without loading the CPU. There is some load on the CPU though due to having to transfer data through to the clockport.

These cards were available on amigakit until recently, there might be some cards left at additional amiga retailers.

Delfina is no longer manufactured or available.
However we have Mas Player Evolution (http://amigakit.leamancomputing.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=1078) which will let your Amiga play MP3 music without burdening the CPU. This is the product link:

Don't worry: we ship many packages every single week to Australia, and have done so for almost a decade.
The trouble with Ebay is that you are often getting old used items, which you don't know whether they have been looked after or even fully working. Very often, the brand new products we sell at regular pricing in our store appear some months later on Ebay at inflated prices in a second hand state.
This is one of the many reasons we started AmigaKit.com: to ensure Amiga users had a safe, reliable shopping experience and they had after-sales support for the products they buy from us.
