Hi guys! Long time no see. Still around but don't get much time to use Amigas these days so normally the PC+Winblows gets used.
I recently came across a Kickstarter project for a PC game that I figured a hell of a lot of you may be interested in.
Elite: Dangerous
Now of course this is for the PC, but then I figure most of you use or access PCs somewhere. Also, there's now a stretch-goal for porting to the MAC which of course a LOT of you also use.
So the link to the kickstarter is here: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1461411552/elite-dangerous
There is 4 days and £150,000 to raise for the basic funding. Once you've pledged comment and say you want a MorphOS/AmigaOS version too!!!!
I broke my bank balance by going for a £60 pledge which gets me a physical copy plus every item up to £60 in the pledge list.
Have fun! :D

last few days now and it looks like it's going to made ! Put in my pledge early in the game and must admit it was slow at first but the past few weeks have just skyrocketed.

I think all the extra "in-between" pledge level goodies have really helped as it made a LOT of people "Jonty" their initial pledge. Practically all the £20 (limited to 10000 people) pledges moved up a notch or five and freed the £20 tier for new pledgers.
I personally am using xmas money so dove in at £60 to get the boxset and all the extras from lesser pledges! :D
I'm now trying to spread the word as much as possible to ensure it gets funded! lol :D

BTW, check this earlier thread to "enter to win". Getting down to the wire. I'm already in.

There was a news item regarding an ios game that was 'inspired' by the creator playing games on amiga in the past. So I think it's safe to say if you mention Amiga in anyway your post becomes Amiga related
