Can you explain which manual are you talking about, I have a manual from subway, that has contact e-mail, also the Amiga is currently not connected online to file a support if that is what you are saying.

Nevermind that. I managed to get the miggy online and send you the full bug report. Hands crossed.

Still don't know what Amiga you're using, what configuration, where the Subway is connected. It looks to me like a communication error with the host controller (hardware problem), but with that little information you gave me, I can't really tell.

Can you try the device in a different computer?

Are you suggesting returning the brand new subway for refund or replacement?
Setup is typical A1200 with Blizzard mk2 OS3.9. I have also other vanilla A1200's and A600's to test. Do you suggest a reinstallation of OS3.9? Is the clockport damaged somehow? Connection was done properly following the instructions and pictures.
Also you have my full report from poseidon stack.
