Title: GVP TREX II No IDE?

Ok so when I put my GVP Trex II into my A4000D and swap the jumpers to Int on the MB my CF card stops being seen. I have tried several IDE CF adapters and the same thing happens on all of them with the 3040 I see it and with the Trex II I do not.

My System:
3.1 Roms
ZorRam 256
Cybervision 64/3d
8GB CF w/ Amiga OS 3.9 + BB1-3 installed

Something wrong with the psu? Usually when problem is "weird", reason is weak psu.

Well I have a 350W ATX psu, just waiting on the adapter form amigakit.

Ok so I use a 4gb cf card instead of an 8 gb cf and it works fine.

Very strange, as said before maybe it is a PSU Fault, hopefully your Amigakit Adaptor will arrive soon :)

Ok did a little more work. So my problem was the IDEFIX version needed to be patched for CF cards. Thanks to http://www.doobreynet.co.uk/amiga.html

There was also the issue of one of my 8gb CF cards causing the machine to lock up.. (Bad CF card)
