I just bought this http://www.ebay.com/itm/251202592592?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
I am hoping to replace the motherboard in my A500 Rev. 5 with it, and have an A500+. I hope I didn't make a bad decision, as I am just assuming it will fit in the case. I have a GVP A500+8 expansion on my A500 now, with a SCSI card reader from Mech, as a hard drive. I am hoping to make a pretty good system with this new motherboard, but may have messed up if it doesn't fit my existing case. Opinions?

It will fit just fine, good luck with it :)

Well, I got my A500+ motherboard today, and have changed out the guts on my A500. I am pleased to say, I now have an A500+, with a GVP A500 HD8, with 8mb fast RAM, and 1.5mb chip RAM, and a Mechware SCSI card reader for a HD with a 2 gb compact flash card. I installed ClassicWB 68K, and it works great.
The only problem I ran into, was that for some reason, it doesn't like the CF card to be formatted with SFS. I had to use FFS. I am not sure why that is, but other than that, it works fine.
