After one that doesn't have timing issues :-) Tried to fix mine but she's now dead....
Would prefer local, Auckland would be great. Don't want to be Amigaless over the xmas break :-(
If you have a complete 1200 that's fine too.

You killed it!!?

Sorry to hear that your A1200 died on you, I also had to timing fix mine but it has worked like a clock after (Hmm positive statement translated from Swedish so no idea if working as a clock is positive in English so if clock dosen't work replace it with "charm"), what went wrong on yours?
I wish you luck in your A1200 hunting!

Yes I know, I know...kicking myself at the moment. Can't see any reason why it wont work, nothing is shorting.
The two parts came away fairly easy with a soldering iron. I shall throw away my soldering iron I'm not worthy LOL
But in the meantime if I can get a "backup" board would be great :-)
@som99 thanks man, yeah thought it went fine when I removed them, so was surprised the 1200 didn't work. Anyway will have another look after work.

What rev mb do you have? Did you just remove the E123C and E125C SMB resistors?
Really unlucky that your MB bite the hay at that process :S

1d4 board, yep just removed E125C and E123C so really suprised. Had another look and went over board with the cleaning so will need to restore one of the solder pads.
Anyway have decided it hates me so have paid for the timing fix service through Amigakit and will send the board to them.
Feel really bad for hurting it, strange don't really stress over PC stuff but Amiga gear man.. anyway.
Still will keep looking for another board in the meantime.
