Just wondering if anyone has come up with a solution to house an a600 keyboard (yes just the actual keyboard) in some form of a (good looking) external case? (Ala looking like the style of an a2000/1000/3000/4000 type of keyboard) Can't really go into specifics of why as I've got a "secret" project I'm building :)

Would that involve a Raspberry PI by any chance?

How about the A600 case? Looks good, fairly small - and a perfect fit!
Raspberry Pi and Keyrah should fit inside nicely.

Stop thinking about raspberry pi :D My project is all Amiga...
Yes, I did consider the A600 case itself. Perfect except I would like it to be as compact around and under the keyboard as possible. I've looked into electronics boxes but can't seem to find a suitable sized one.
I'll keep looking for a solution.

Don't know if this will help, but there is a schematic for rigging up an A2000 keyboard for the A500.
It's posted somewhere here and on the web.
If they're the same interface, or the pin assignments can be doped out, this might be a viable alternative.
Of course, you could chase down a compact PC keyboard replace the guts with the 600 keyboard and extend the wiring to attach to the 600.
Couple of ideas to knock around.
