Title: Cumana ram disk board?
Post by: Oldsmobile_Mike on November 26, 2012, 06:36:14 PM
I'm guessing this question has come up before, but I couldn't find very much on the subject.  So, WTH is a Cumana Ram Disk Board, looks like ST-506?  Guess there's no way this could be modified to add a CF card inside an A500 with it, is there?  ;-)

If so, it use a MFM controller... well that's is a pretty old controller.

guess you will have a hard time to find a HD for it. And ever harder to find one who fits inside the A500.

The modified trapdoor cover looks like it allows the cables to come outside the A500. It looks too annoying to buy if you want to hook up a hard drive to your A500
