Title: Can I use Swedish keyboard in USA?
Post by: ChaosLord on November 13, 2012, 04:50:05 AM
I found a Topre Keyboard that works on PS/2!!!

But they don't make them in US Layout so I hafta get Swedish/Finnish layout.

Well I think that is ok.  In many ways it is better than US Layout as I get more chars on the keyboard.

So if I import this magical Swedish input device will it work perfectly on my Amiga 1200 if I set the keymap to Swedish?

And will it work on my windows XP pc?  Is there a way of setting the keymap on XP?

And will it work on my new still-in-the-box Windows 7 pc?  Is there a way of setting the keymap on W7?

I am an XP and W7 newb.

I need this keyboard to work without probs on all 3 of my puters.

Hello my US friend ^^,yepp it will work, in Win just set the keyboard layout to Swedish in regional settings, same goes for Amiga, just use the swedish keymap file and you are set, no problems at all :)
