a screen appears saying something bout Software failure... ect ect
plz help...! :)

Did you tick more compatible in the CPU screen? Do you have match A500 speed? Did you select ECS?
-
i do remember that i've checked the "Full ECS" (CHIPSET tab) , More Compatible (CPU tab) , is there anything else i have to do?
-
Those demos run only on OCS, atleast at my comp...and only 512k chip and NO fastmem.
-
Desert Dream and Gardian Dragon II are definately ECS compatible as I remember running them on my A3000 back when it was released.
DD, I believe requires 1M (can't remember if it was 1M CHIP or 512k/512k).

Are you using a configuration file you created with an earlier version of WinUAE?
The problem with this is that settings for any new features which you may not have seen yet aren't stored in the old config file, and settings can clash, it's actually mentioned in the documentation somewhere. So it's best to set up the config from scratch each time you update WinUAE.
Other than that, more often than not in my experience setting up WinUAE is a case of trial and error.

i agree with you , i remember watching desert dream on my a600 :) , so chipset its not the problem here or cpu! Something is wrong to my memory configuration or i forgot to delete the old configuration files... i will try it later on
