How's the quality? I've got my eye on a few on eBay, and from various Amiga vendors. Are they any good, or really bad?

Which ones?

Which ones?
There's one on eBay:

And a couple on Amigakit:

I got one of the GBS-8220 converters off of ebay for around $30. I use it on my A500. I bought a project box at Radio Shack, and put it in the box. It works fine. I have an Indivision ECS in my A2000, and it works fine as well. Just don't fall for the ones on ebay that are all nice, in a box, for like $150, as all they do is get a GBS-8220, put in in a box, extend the buttons, and charge a very high price. You can get an Indivision ECS cheaper than that, and everything would be internal to the Amiga. Just my opinion, but you know how that goes. :biglaugh:

First, these cables do not convert RGB to VGA at all, only pass RGBS signals from one connector to another.
The one on ebay, 9pin-to-15pin, it's useless for Amiga computers
The one from AmigaKit, is OK for monitors that support 15KHz input.

Good to know.
