Nice. Thanks for sharing. I remember reading about this ages ago in some Amiga mags.

I wonder if they still use some of them. If it works, why fix it, eh?

Perhaps A-EON should push the X-1000 to them.

There used to be a webpage about this issue out there as well (its probably around still). No, they are not used anymore, a few years back some of these babies with Nasa Amiga stickers showed up on Ebay.

Foolishness, the landings were clearly faked using Photogenics, not DPaint ;-)

Interesting to see Hal Greenlee mentioned in the video.

I bought my CDTV from Hal.

Apple fans like to say they rule the world. We say "sure, you can have that old ball of dirt"

Back in the 1990's I used to have a large C - band dish and one of the free channels was NASA. Between events they used to have screens that said things like "Coming next on NASA TV....launch of STS-49" and I always thought it looked very "Amigaish" until one day I tuned in and saw a Workbench 1.3 screen :-). Not sure what they were using, may have been Scala.

Zach Weddington should ask if any of these guys would be prepared to do another interview for his Viva Amiga documentary,
you can't get much more cool or interesting, than the whole  story behind the Amiga's at NASA!
