okay, it was overdue. WHDload is totally amazing, and while the unregistered version is pretty decent, there are a few games that won't work with it.
In any event though, it's entirely worth 30 bucks :)
That's all!
-
i 2nd that ...worth 30 dollars plus the postage
-
Without any doubt worth supporting, I bought ages ago when using it on A600 with only 1MB chip+2MB SRAM because I needed WHDLoad to start faster without the delay on the spash screen to faster eliminate what games that worked and not worked on that setup, both with and without preload.
Wish I had that list of games left :(
-
Yeah I got my for a Christmas present to myself and to reward the developers for their hard work. They are very dedicated and friendly and its a nice product.

I saw a picture from a person who sold an A1200 where it had a cf card with WHDLoad on it.
The picture showed a menu system from doctorq.info where also the web address http://www.doctorq.info was shown.
Any1 know this menu system ?
Site is under construction but haven't been able to track down a place where I could get it.

@BanisterDK
The menu isn't made by me, but it's available if you dig around. I don't know why you think WHDLoad is included; the buyer has to obtain their own keyfile.

Take a look at the picture

I didn't say that WHDLoad was part of this. I have WHDLoad and it's registered but it was the menu in the above picture I was looking for.

Then your wording is a little off in your first post, as it says

Anyways, if you search around you will find the menu.

It looks a lot like the menu of the Compilation cds you can get for the Amiga cd32.

I couldn't tell since I haven't seen them :)
Anyways, I might have to drop it since my internet search didn't address any results regarding this

Looks a lot like this one: http://www.paradroid.net/ags/
:D

The ClassicWB packs include a menu thing called "Igame", that looks kind of like that. It's wicked cool :)
edit:
http://winterland.no-ip.org/igame/ is where you can download that.

It's AGS.
http://www.paradroid.net/ags/
It required AGA, I made an ECS version (and added datatype support IIRC) but later found iGame and thought it would be more comfortable, I recompiled some of the required MCCs for plain 68000 and forgot about it. I sent the changes to Killer Gorilla but I doubt there was much useful new code added, if anyone is interested in the ECS version I could send it.

Can I get a copy of that? Gary also did Ocs version

There was a bug with original AGS and more than 30 games is your version fixed?

Thanks dude

@BooBoo1200
it´s based on 1.02 (or 1.01, I don´t know) so perhaps the bug is still there... in fact I switched to iGame because I thought that with hundreds of games it wouldn´t be much comfortable and it would require ordering by first letter or something like that and moving between directories using right-left with the joystick.
Those interested please send me a PM with your email.
The changes required to run in OCS screens are very easy. Can´t remember if it ran with RTG too, I don´t know.

1.01 was the fixed version (I think)
In fact I remembered I once copied the AGS interface in AMOS for someone who was going to do a PD CDTV collection worked on Ks1.3 but nothing ever became of the collection.
Theres also AMS now you can use the shoulder buttons of the CD32 pad to scroll the games fast. I think splitting them into genre is also good.
Thanks :)
