Hi all iwas looking on fleabay and came across this and was wondering if it would work on the amiga?

No

You can plug into the amiga serial port, but it does not give you an RJ45 ethernet port for interwebs if that's what you're thinking.
-
If you want to go the RS232 route for you internet, you'll need an access server with PPP support.
-
No, they are not for networking, just a quick way to get a serial nullmodem cable, or console cable for various equipment using a regular cat5 cable.

And even if they were, you'd still need software :(

RJ45 != Ethernet

You know it wouldn't be that easy (or cheap)...

RJ45 != Ethernet
RJ45 is just the name of the plug, often used for ethernet. RJ45 plus is also commonly used for phone (ISDN) connections.
In this case its probably used an interface using CAT5 cables for nullmodem connections. (as already suggested kolla). Not sure if you need a crossover cat5 or a regular though.

There are a couple of threads on similar topic already on this forum that might be of interest.
Like this project (unfinished/abandoned?):
http://www.amiga.org/forums/showthread.php?t=51943&page=5
Or this product:
http://www.amiga.org/forums/showthread.php?t=49788
The last link was posted by myself a while back, regarding a specific product from connectone.
The product link in that old thread is not valid anymore, probably is the product discontinued. But they have similar products available on their website that I think could work on an amiga. Most interesting (due to price) is probably the one you find under evaluation board, Nano Socket Lan: http://www.connectone.com/?page_id=259
That board can be purchased from Mouser at $37
I was then browsing a bit at the Mouser online catalogue and find that they have other similar devices that looks to work the same way, like the WIZ110SR from Wiznet, at $26.87

The hardware is finished (first prototype), but I need help on Sana-II driver wrinting... but nobody seems to care about this project...

Well there are some already worked out connection options. Like a modem to get to the Internet (remember the '90s); via an A500 clock port and an impossible to find Subway; and the better option, use the A500 for games or home office and get a more expandable Amiga for bigger and better stuff. Oh, I guess you could marry into Jens S. family and have a custom device built like a Cray Supercomputer
