Title: Start Menu?

Hello, I remember my brother had installed something similar to Windows "Start" menu back in 1996, however I do not remember the name of the program! Does anyone know the name of a program that will show a "start" menu from where to launch games and programs? I have Workbench 3.1 at the moment.

I have found Workbench2000 to be the most useful and fully-featured taskbar/startmenu program for classic Amigas. Here's how it looks on my A1200:
