Has anyone actually used warp3d on a non-powerpc amiga, other than the included demo?
Is there any software that actually uses warp3d on a 680x0?
One I am curious. Two, I have a Voodoo 3 on a Prometheus and a CV64/3d both on machines with 68040 in them. I always wanted to really try out, for the fun of it, a warp3d supported program.

Payback, Descent, and Quake come to mind as 68K and Warp3D-capable. The CV64/3D is worthless for 3D acceleration, though. The Voodoo will probably give decent results.

Warp3D works on 030 + FPU and above, but fun is with PPC ONLY.
You can try on 040, but all you will get is dissapointment.

I remember playing Descent on the 64/3D, not really playable, but after I got the permedia it was great.
I guess the Vodoo would make it fly.

It was playable upto 320x400. Not over that.
