I have am uploading right now the WIP sd-card image for raspberry Pi again.
Username: pi
Password: raspberry
To start AROS Broadway just type "startx"
Since i can't run it native (no Pi owner) and Qemu isn't really fast it doesn't autologin yet. So i can work from cli.
If you like i can let it autologin and boot straight to AROS.
Roadmap for Pi:
Initial release with lx command (launch linux apps from AROS side) - done
Change installed apps - will happen next moth including a upgrade to debian wheezy
Merge with Efika Version except for ax* and axcore*, included will be automount of removable media.
Roadmap for x86:
Beta test begins from 9th of july.
Underlaying OS will be changed.
You can get it from here: www.aros-broadway.de (http://www.aros-broadway.de)
If someone is really interested in a SD-card.. I would make and send you one for free if you buy an AMC license (you are free to install it on 3 machines). Did you know that AMC 2012 will be available as ARM version too ; )

Awesome! Keep up the great work. I think this will be awesome and solve alot of problems with drivers/applications... Thank you for all your hard work.
Now I have an excuse to buy a rasberry pi!

I have already ordered a Pi. It should be arriving soon.
This project of yours seems to be a nice one to try it on.
Well done!

Hi guys,
i could need some testers for the Pi version. Also I need some feedback regarding "good working " linux apps.

Willing to test but download gives dropbox error.
Error (509)
This account's public links are generating too much traffic and have been temporarily disabled!
Looks like its popular :D

... yep : )
Now i have the option to pay 9.99$/month which gives a limit of 250GB/day
else the link will be deactived for 3 days (dropbox rules).
tomorrow i will upload it to my vserver with a higher trafic limit.

I tested it on my Pi and got a kernel panic upon boot :(
Not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(179.2)
Update: cannot even boot the official debbian. I get another kernel panic, barking not syncing, and that it could not find init.
I will try with other images...

Are you using an 2GB Sd-card? maybe card is broken?
-
I am using an 8 GB SD card. It is working as checksum after the copy is reported to be ok.
I believe it is a problem with either Debian itself or the Raspberri hardware. Lots of users suggest it is the fault of some keyboards (curiously mine works both under Windows and OSX (PPC)). I wrote an Archlinux image to the same card and could get to the login screen, but when I plugged the keyboard, everything went to guru land (well, kernel panic land).
So I am clueless, maybe it is some hardware bug of the Pi?
I am a bit dissapointed as this was my first day playing with it :(
