I came across a coupled of rare items totally forgotten in some boxes in my attic: PCMCIA Wireless Bus Card 54 Mbps, 2.4 GHz, backward compatible with 802.11a.
And the second one is "Q-in Free 2PWL wireless modem with small antenna mounted in a CF card reader (all instructions are in Japanese only).
Is it possible to make them work in an A1200 not having Amiga specific drivers? My current setup is quite basic when it comes to peripherals (just the internal floppy drive and PCMCIA slot); for the rest I do have a 66 GB HD. Any idas how can I make either one work?

You need to find out:
a) Is it 16 bit or 32 bit? It needs to be 16 bit
b) Is it 5V or 3.3V? It needs to be 5V.
c) What chipset is it? Only certain chipsets have drivers for them, I use a RoamaboutDS card based on the prism2.device which is well supported.
I'm not sure there are any drivers for 54Mbps chipsets...

I checked the specs and the second one (the Japanese Q-in) meets those requirements. Actually, it is also used in old PDA's made in Japan.
So how can I make this baby work? Any suggestions?
