Is this version polled at 1000hz?

At least the earlier USB classic joysticks have been way too laggy.

I'd like a version that contains the games as well on an internal USB mass storage device, and I'm too lazy to open it up and stuff in a hub and flash drive myself.

Always hated these joysticks.  Just not comfortable to use at all

My favorite joystick had a baseball bat like stick. Remember those?

Glad I'm not the only one.  I have several of them, but give me the old "fighter plane" type with the thumb and forefinger fire-buttons any day.

If I am really honest I can not imagine using anything but an xbox control pad.  Gamecube pad at the worst

I have never understood why Euro gamers love this stick design so much. It always seemed awkward and cumberson in comparison to my Atari 2600 joysticks.

Anyhow, stick aside, it's nice to see little retro gaming devices like this still come out.

European Amigans (and C64 owners) seem to love this stick - and they seem to think of it as synonymous with Commodore computers.

But in N. America it was not common.  The Atari 2600 or the WICO bat joystick were more common and loved here.

I always preferred either Sega pads or those handheld epyx sticks myself.

No doubt! Though I've noticed with some old school games an Atari 2600 joy stick seems to work best over all, but for most of my classic gaming needs I use a modified Nintendo NES control pad. The Sega Master System controller, or my Playstation controller adapter.
