I can't get my VGA LCD monitor (Acer L1716) to work with an A3000. Any tips to make it work will be appreciated.
I hooked up my small Shinco HD TV with VGA connection and it works but the apps bar colors are fuzzy.

But to duplicate my answer, have you flipped the switch to enable the scan-doubler/flicker-fixer on the back of the A3000?

I did, but that didn't fix my problem.
It is working now with an old 1084S. I can't still get the LCD to work.

Yes, I am using an Amiga 1084S monitor, connected with a VGA 15-pin cable.

some monitors will not work as the Amiga refresh rate is too low, sucks but I've had the same problem even with my picasso II
