I received my Indivision AGA MK2 today and installed it. Unsurprisingly the picture quality is much better than with the older Micronik Scandy 1200.
There is some slight vertical banding, but that's likely due to the mobo (I had it but only much worse with the scandy as well).
My 20" LG 4:3 TFTs handle the VGA signal okay, but DVI doesn't quite work right yet. The LG TV doesn't cope with the signal, but later on I can tune the settings when the software gets updated. I have SCART for the TV anyway, so it's no biggie.

Lookin' good and a Blizzard PPC in there too
Don't forget to try Superplus and HighGFX modes (800x600 & 1024x768) makes for a nice Workbench.

Good Quality!

Sounds like the mobo since I've never had this with my DCE scan doubler or the original Indivision AGA.
I did read somewhere that flicker fixed interlace modes suffer banding but on the horizontal plane.

Glad you're still using with your Classics Piru :)

Do you do anything to prevent overheating with the BlizPPC in the desktop case? I have a Blizzard PPC in my tower but always thought it might be nice in the stock casing.

I believe Jens has stated that the banding has something to do with the pixel clock rate mismatch and will be addressed with the future firmware upgrade.
On one monitor I have tried 1024x768 looks absolutely perfect with no banding, however in NTSC and PAL low-rez mode it has really bad banding. On another monitor its the exact opposite...

I have one of these: Antec Notebook Cooler (http://store.antec.com/Product/notebookcooler/notebook-cooler/0-761345-75004-2.aspx)
The A1200 sits on top in a way that the BPPC gets cooled by one of the fans inside. Since it's USB powered I have a powered USB hub just to power the thing. Starting at 14€ this is probably one of the cheapest cooling solutions out there...

Holy shyt, that's just genius. I've been spending time trying to re-invent the wheel! (no slap forehead anim)
Those pics look friggen awesome. Now I really want one of those. Might need to whore myself out for a couple more dispatch jobs soon.

The vertical banding seems to be almost impossible to escape. It doesn't look bad at all in the picture though
