Hello All,
I just bought Cyberstorm MK2 (060) card to replace my Warp Engine card in my genuine A4000T and I am getting all sorts of problems with the Cyberstorm. From boot up crashes to the Cyberstorm SCSI module not boot up the machine! So I have to remove the SCSI module. I have looked on the internet and found that some of the early Cyberstorm MK2 has problems with the onboard SCSI controller in A4000T which causes the crashes. Has anyone had the same problems and if so how did they fix the problem as I really don't want to sell the card!
Thanks in advance,
Merv Stent

IIRC you can Disable the A4000T scsi with the switches in the back or with jumpers on the SCSI board...

According to Amiga Hardware Database
CyberStorm 040 SN# B400506 - B400569 and CyberStorm 060 SN# B002827 - B003065 are affected by several DMA related problems due to a slight difference in the electrical specifications of certain parts caused by supplier change.
Symptoms:
- SCSI units connected to the internal SCSI bus of the A3000(T) are not recognized while having RAM installed to the CyberStorm
- does not work in the A4000T with RAM installed on the CyberStorm
- in an A4000 with a Fastlane or a A4091 SCSI controller installed, peripherals connected to the SCSI bus are not recognized
Boards with these serial numbers had to be sent back to Phase5 for rework.
Have you checked the serial number of your board?

is your 060 overclocked? (=more than 50 Mhz)
