Title: cd writer programs recommended??

finalley ...got  my  amiga  running  with a compact flash  harddrive  running off the 2 1/2  cable  an a cdwriter running off a 3 1/2 inch cable  from a 4wayide adaptor....want to burn cds  from the  flash drive  ..checked out make cd but its  crippled  without registration ..so looking for  other options an  suggestions please ..
i have a a1200 030/50 fpu/mmu 100meg  ram

Hasn't the full version been available for some years already? At least the German version.

MakeCD Registration

    MakeCD used to be shareware and some shops sold boxed versions together with a license. This worked well in the past and we are thankful to everyone who found MakeCD worth paying for. However, MakeCD sales have long ago stopped being a relevant source of income for us. At the same time it has become harder and harder for interested users to get hold of a MakeCD license as more and more Amiga shops ceased business.
   Therefore we decided to draw a line and stop selling MakeCD altogether: now it is available for free. You still need a valid license key for the existing binaries. Here is a valid, unrestricted key:
Serial Number: 555555555 License Key: H8HsRww)7Uz)!iXE5PUMfgP#VymA6    Starting with beta 12 even that key is not needed anymore because the beta works without entering any registration key.

thank you  ..have downloaded  full an beta  ..the reg code looks  out there ..will let you know if im successful in burning  a cd

am doing a test  cd  to cd  burn..in test mode ..appears to work ok...cant work out how
i will copy programs from harddrive/flashcard  to a cd yet though ..

"appears to work ok"... if it's gotten that far it should be ok :)

I had a lot of issues with MakeCD and BurnIT on my hardware-setup.
Found an alternative which also does DVD's.

Hi,

 If you are familiar with AmigaDOS then give a chance to test dvdrtools then.
 No GUI there, just CLI arguments.
