Title: SOTB3 ingame music

Can anyone identify the stringed instrument from Shadow of the Beast 3? I have been drooling over that sound for about 10 years now at the back of my mind but I heard it a few days ago and can't shake that amazing sound!
 
It's from the "press fire" menu screen and IIRC it's in other parts in the game too.

I think it's Chinnese as i think i heard/saw it in the movie Hero?

My 2 cents is that the SOTB trilogy has the best music on any game made on any computer. Ever!

Which one? I have dozens of sotb samples including remixes. Anyway I just checked and it sounds like it is in the "Forest level 2" on sotb3 as well.

Now I got the intro song stuck in my head! LoL! But you're right. One of the many Psygnosis games with awsome musics.

Only 2 and 3 there. Whittaker's SotB 1 is the best IMO.
