Title: Linux Format Magazine has Icaros on cover disc.
Post by: CritAnime on April 23, 2012, 12:33:06 PM
Just opened my freshly delivered, 5 min ago, sub of Linux Format and found a coverdisc with Icaros on it. :)

Just about to give this a go as I have been curious about Icaros for a while. It was also nice to see that Linux Format checks in on Amiga land every so often. :)

IIRC, many of the guys that made Amiga Format so good back in the day, migrated to Linux Format as the writing appeared on the wall.

In case anyone is interested, Knoppix 7.0 is on the April issue of Linux Pro magazine.  It's a small thing, but I love that there is still a tribute to the Amiga's startup-sequence as the system boots.  An earlier version of Knoppix inspired me to do this, http://aminet.net/mods/smpl/VoiceOfAmiga.lha, shameless plug.
