Alright, Musick Composistion APPs is what I meant, not players.

OctaMED S.S. SADLY only supports certain cards, SB16 support and the like never made it.

Audio Evolution is a bit too new school, I'm looking for ones that will run on Classic Amiga and therefore Amithlon and MorphOS.

SoundFX sounds like it can do the trick, but alas, I can't find a download for it. Is it still being sold?

SoundFX is very good.  Samplitude will work with the Toccata, Maestro or Repulse (emulating a Toccata).

Soundprobe might also be good, can remember if it does AHI (I think so).

HD-REC is very good.  Used it for years to convert cassettes to CD and for transferring music I had mixed down on DAT to the Amiga for tweaking and burning to CD.

Samplitude will also work natively with a Prelude.

It may not support AHI directly, but it supports the Maestro, which in turn had an AHI wrapper written for it:

http://aminet.net/package/util/libs/TheMaestrix

Works a charm here.

Audio Evolution 3 is for classics. I have a 68060 and 68040 version.
There's also a demo 68k version of AE4 which has much better sound effects than AE3 which you can make full use of (I use them both).

I think Digibooster uses AHI as well, although I might be wrong.

NicE!!!!

Also, the excellent Bars&Pipes works without Paula as it's a midi sequencer.
